PAPHOS VILLAGES & BATHS OF APHRODITE
Visit the village ‘Yeroskipou’ just outside Paphos where you can see ‘Cyprus Delight’ being made, also see the 5 domed Church of St. Paraskevi. Afterwards we visit one of the oldest Monasteries – ‘Chrysoroyiatissa’ then onto Panayia Village – the birthplace of Archbishop Makarios 3rd. We then travel along the ‘Akamas’ & arrive at the ‘Baths of Aphrodite’ just past Latchi. The return journey is through some of the beautiful villages of the ‘Akamas’ Peninsular. |

MOUNTAIN VILLAGES
Visit Omodhos, one of the oldest wine villages in Cyprus and the Monastery of the Holy Cross. After a short stop in Troodos we visit the Byzantine churches of Archangel Michael and the Virgin Mary of Galata. We will stop for lunch at Kakopetria village and then proceed to Lania, a picturesque village built and maintained to this day as a traditional Cypriot village. |
